REI can be intimidating, especially to a novice/newbie like myself. I have spent a lot of my time doing the research, listening to podcasts, and reading blogs/books. I stumbled upon @Brian Gibbons profile and website, i messaged him and from there we spoke over the phone. He was extremely insightful, and very informative. He actually took the time and gave me very thorough lessons on Sub2, lease options and wholesailing. After speaking with Brian, i felt more confident about my REI journey . I highly recommend him to anyone, specifically those who feel somewhat lost, and need some guidance/advice.

Joel thanks so much for your kind words.

Anybody that lives in the Bronx New York has to be careful with real estate investing with repairs and so forth.

Look at the best possible public schools if you going to do SFRs for real estate investment or multi units

Stay where the neighborhoods care about the kids going to college and graduate from college

You'll do well stay with it and hang around other people that are doing deals and stay way from people that are doing deals and they're just worried about their outcomes and their lives

Make yourself invaluable at the REI hey and let people know that you solve problems for homesellers especially ones where they have very little equity so that you can do subject to and lease-option assignments

Go get Em!
