Just dropping in to introduce myself. My name is Anthony I'm from San Diego, ca. I bought a home here two years ago (currently primary residence) and have been infatuated with real estate ever since. I've been busy reading just about every real estate investing book I've been able to get my hands on and after listening to all the bp podcasts I feel it's time to dive in and get the ball rolling. I'm going to be marketing in my area to generate leads that I plan to wholesale as a means to build capital that I can invest in buy and hold properties to build a solid portfolio. Looking forward to getting involved in the bp community
