Just dropping in to introduce myself. My name is Anthony I'm from San Diego, ca. I bought a home here two years ago (currently primary residence) and have been infatuated with real estate ever since. I've been busy reading just about every real estate investing book I've been able to get my hands on and after listening to all the bp podcasts I feel it's time to dive in and get the ball rolling. I'm going to be marketing in my area to generate leads that I plan to wholesale as a means to build capital that I can invest in buy and hold properties to build a solid portfolio. Thank you all for the warm welcomes it is great to see that bp is such a tight knit community. Joshua Dorkin I'm glad I took your advise from the podcast and got on the site, wish I would have done it sooner.

Isaac Guzman a great to meet an investor from San Diego! I will be focused a little further east ( la Mesa, San Carlos, Santee, lakeside etc.) as I am more familiar with the area. I will definitely reach out to people everybody seems to be friendly and professional
