Hello everyone. My name is Steve and I am from Grand Rapids Michigan. I am very new to REI. I am trying to find a niche and learn everything I can about it. I think wholesaling and lease option is the route for me. My goal is to just take action. Nothing will ever come from only reading up on the subject. I have an empty jar and would love to put some money in that jar. Other than that, I have a 2 year old boy and can hit a golf ball pretty far.
