Hello everyone, 

My name is Lashara Simmons (prefer Shara), 22 years old. I would be the definition of a complete newbie. I have been doing a lot of research in wholesaling but would eventually like to get into flipping houses. I recently came into contact with a wholesaler in my area that added me to his team with the job of networking and keeping good report with investors. I came to join BiggerPockets to learn, meet and build lasting relationships and friendships nationwide with like minded business people (you become like the people you hang around). I am a sponge ready for change, wisdom and a new/better start to life. I am very transparent and I know I will be a great asset to your life even if its just by way of a smile on a bad day :)
