New SoCal BP member, maybe moving to NC in near future...

Hey folks, my name is Todd and I just registered with BP.  I've lived in SoCal for 16 years but may be heading to NC with my family and 2 small kids in 2015 to be closer to family.  We moved to CA from Charleston, SC in 1998.  Leaving SoCal won't be easy, as we love the lifestyle, but everyone is getting older and everyone in the family is back east.

I'm a licensed broker in CA but have never used it.  I may sit for the state portion of the test in NC and get my license there.

I'm looking to learn the ins and outs of flipping, as I've never done it.  I love buy and holds and will definitely be doing that in NC if we get there in 2015.  Perhaps I'll get started even before we get there.  Charlotte will be home in NC if we make the move.

So I'm interested in hearing from potential NC contacts and start talking about what is going on over there.
