I wanted to introduce myself as I am just beginning to actively partake in this network. I'm located in California and work nationwide. I specialize in distressed properties and foreclosure prevention. As a partner in a loss mitigation firm we primarily facilitate a large volume of short sales for agents and act as a back end short sale department for brokerages among other things. Our investment group also purchases properties in Los Angeles, California area. I look forward to networking with you all and am always looking to create synergy with like minded individuals!
