I have always had an interest in real estate investing, particularly in flipping distressed properties.  However, now that I am older and no longer able to work in my field, I am finding that along with flipping, income properties are also very attractive. 

I have joined this site to continue to learn about investing.  My major stumbling block is in the financial and funding aspect of this endeavor.
