Hellooooo BP people. my name is Ricky And thank you all for the opportunity to network with you. My fiancee and I are venturing into real estate investing and are very excited to get our first deal going. We are concentrating on wholesaling as our beginning to this venture. Quite honestly, my fiancee is the brains behind all this. BP has been a great tool for her and it is exciting to watch her learn on a daily basis. A little bit about me, I intend to be as big a part of this venture as possible. Seems like a lot of good people doing it and having fun. I am aware that it involves alot of hard work and dedication which brings me to my part. I am interested in learning everything there is to learn about wholesaling but my immediate goals are to learn about business plans and business software. This is all new to me so I am quite literally starting from square one. BP seems like a site with alot of education and people to learn from. I look foward to getting to know some of you and possibly learning from you. In the future I hope to be of some help to people who are starting out like me. In short, I plan on being a very involved secretary, a Wholesalers Sec....
