Hi, my name is James. I'm just getting started in what I hope will be my new career and I am committed to making it happen! I got my start in Real Estate as a Licensed Broker. I worked for Prudential in Salem, OR. Currently I work in the grocery wholesale industry, but I'm changing that. I'm looking for easy flips or wholesale opportunities to get me started. Long term, I would like to hold duplexes and houses for rental income, but I need to get the ball rolling and learn the techniques that will produce the bigger results.
