I hope this is where I introduce myself,,,  I have 5 titles in RE for California and 3 in Tx.

Lic in Ca are Broker, Appraiser, on HUD FHA list for 203K, home inspector, construction consultant.

Broker in Ca. for helping stop foreclosure with using my appraiser Lic and home inspection ability. Other investors have used my appraisals to help with bank negotiations.

Ive helped others with corporate and personal credit building.

Now I have 4 houses to sell and I am remodeling a 7,000SF SFR.

I have a wealth of info on all these topics after 23 yrs. Now I like to help families stay in their home and investors get better deals from banks.
