Multifamily investing in Working Class Neighborhoods (Rental Properties - Path to Home Ownership)

Just wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets Community. Looking to leverage my experience in Finance and Strategy to invest in multifamily properties... ideally in stable / working class neighborhoods.

This is a marathon...not a sprint for me... looking to soak up all the knowledge I can and most importantly provide assistance to my bigger pockets community.

Happy to be apart of the BP family!
