HEY! New Member from PG County MD!

Hey everyone!

My names Kenechukwu, but you can call me Kene. New to BP.

Like I said I'm from PG County MD, lived and went to school in Pittsburgh for 4 years, now back in the DMV area.

Got semi-started with real estate in Pittsburgh where I had my first deal under contract (wholesale), however never made it to escrow. Sidenote-Pittsburgh is an amazing city for real estate so for those of you all there… two thumbs up.

Coming back to MD I knew I wanted to get into real estate and build my own business from ground up. Really interested in wholesaling, rehabbing. Later down the line I believe my focus will be on buy&hold and developing.

Would love to connect with like minded people on here. Also, def wouldn't mind some guidance, because I'm driven to become financially free and wealthy. Once I reach that status I'd love giving it back to those who need education, funds, and love.
