Newbie Wholesaler in Richmond, VA

Greeting Everyone!

I'm a new REI who is interested in wholesaling to start. One immediate goal is to build a concise Buyer's List.

I'm in education mode and have attended seminars and my first Boot Camp. I'm continually moving forward. I'm a member of Traction REIA in Tyson's VA.

I'm employed as a Litigation Paralegal and I love what I do.  My employer will be in retirement mode soon so I'm planning for the near future.  I'm also an "Idea Growth Mentor".

I'm looking forward to connecting, learning and sharing with other BPers near and far.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers.

• 9 Reasons You Couldn't Find A Buyer For Your Wholesale Deal
• Don't Start Wholesaling Until You Read This: Wholesale Advice from a Fix and Flipper
• How to Start Wholesaling: Getting Past The Education and Into the Field

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
