Hi All, 

I'm Chris and I live in central Illinois. I've read a bit about real estate and have a finance background, but no experience actually running a rental yet. I'm looking to purchase a duplex/tri/quad of some sort once I find the right property in San Diego. Hoping to relocate there with my employer in the next couple years. 

Looking forward to learning a lot on here!
