Hi everyone. My name is Nigel Swadel and I live in Palmerston North, New Zealand. I am a real estate investor although I am yet to purchase my first real estate investment. I will initially look at purchasing positive cash flow property with a buy and hold mentality. I will consider other avenues once I am comfortable I know what I'm doing.
