Builder/Developer/RE Broker from Las Cruces, New Mexic

Hello, my name is Greg Green. I am from and live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I have a contractors and brokerage license and am in the process of obtaining my CCIM designation. I own a few companies that deal in all areas of real estate including; custom home building, production homes, commercial projects, land development and real estate brokerage.

For those of you who are not familiar with Las Cruces, I will give you a brief overview. Las Cruces is located in the southern portion of New Mexico approximately 40 miles from EL Paso, Texas. Las Cruces is a wonderful city to live in. Various attributes including a generally favorable climate, beautiful atmosphere, and a diverse cultural flavor make Las Cruces and its surrounding areas truly desirable to a great many people. Las Cruces currently has a population of around 100,000. The real estate market has been booming here over the past several years due to Las Cruces receiving nationwide recognition from such distinguished sources as Forbes/Milken Institute, Money Magazine, USA Today, Inc., Where to Retire. We continue to be Ranked the Best" or among the "Top areas in the U.S." to do business and have careers, to retire, relocate, or one of the "50 Fabulous Places Live in America.

My construction company, GL Green and Associates, builds custom Tuscan style homes starting in the low 200’s to multi million dollar estate homes. We currently build between 20-30 homes a year and have completed several small land development projects. In 2008 we plan on extending our portfolio of projects it to include multi family & mixed use projects in addition to some larger land developments.
