Hey everyone! I'm brand new around here and currently reside just outside of Philadelphia in the Montgomeryville area. I currently own a few rentals spaced around the country (Vegas, SW Florida, etc) and I am looking to branch into the flipping aspects of real estate. I'm currently a government contractor that doesn't thoroughly enjoy that the government needs me more overseas than it does home so I am looking to spread my wings and get into something that I've always found interesting.
