I am in my mid-30s and looking to start in real estate investment.  I'm here to learn anything and everything I can devour about the business. I'm still trying to figure out what questions to ask.  Very happy to have stumbled across this site.  Very willing to learn and to help where I can.  

I have no real estate experience but I do have many many years of experience in various trades including home renovations and finish work.  

I am looking to get started with approximately 15-20k as an initial investment and go from there.  I have event-based goals set for myself and hope to find the help here to make them happen.
