New investor from Massachusetts

Hello, I am a new investor from Massachusetts just starting out after researching for  long time. I have put an offer on my first property after telling myself to just do it.  I found out that nothing is going to happen if I do nothing. Plus my wife was sick of hearing me talk about it so long. So I'm going to start with the fix and flip process because that's what I know most since I have been a carpenter and contractor for the last 16 years.

    I want to thank the members who have already reached out to me. I will be attending the next Reia meeting since I've also planned on going to them for last few years.
