Hello BP Community! My name is Shaun Huston, I'm from the Western Michigan area. I've been in involved in Property Preservation and Maintenance field since 2007, basically rehab work for Banks on REO and properties backed by government loans (fha,va,ect) getting them back in shape for resell.

I'm trying to learn all I can, listening to all the podcasts and reading the forum and researching multi units in the area.
