Commercial Real Estate presents its own unique challenges whether you plan to Lease, Purchase or Sell. My investments have been on small to medium size multi-unit residential properties, office suites, buildings and land. 

I have  resided in all 4 quadrants of Pittsburgh and my real estate experience includes over 13 years in the industry as a real estate agent plus affiliated services including mortgage, appraisal, settlement and more.
