Hello everyone, My name is Felix Torres and I am a new member from Miami Florida, also a new investor with a main idea of buy and hold but listening to and keeping mind, eyes and ears open to learn from others that know more than me (I think that would be almost everyone)lol. 

Looking forward to connecting with people around my area and others to see how are you guys going about investing in the right properties.  Also If I can be of any help with the little knowledge I have, would be more than happy to share.
