New to BP

Hello,

I just joined the site.  Thank you Brandon for the video, not awkward at all. I did watch the whole thing.  I am a real estate professional working in the Greater Los Angeles area.  I work with my clients as well as for my self and found that BP is so common sense and makes sense that I had to join.  I look forward to learning more and hopefully contributing my deals as I get them.
