New member saying hello!

From Central Nebraska my wife and I just purchased our first rental unit. A 4 unit apartment just outside of town that sits on 5 acres. 3 of the acres are used to grow hay so that is a nice little side income as well. 

Just stumbled on the community and it looks like there is a lot of good information! Looking forward to soaking everything in!
