Hello all!

I am  a spring 2014 Binghamton University graduate, now employed at a consultant engineering firm in Syracuse NY.

My experience:

Jr. RE Investor, I have been researching for over a year and have learned real estate fundamentals through reading several REI books. I am pre approved and on the look out.

My goals:

Use FHA insured loan to acquire a 2-4 unit multifamily property in the Syracuse University Neighborhood Occupy one unit, rent others.

Desired Property Description:
Units Count: 2-4
Bedrooms Count: 3+
Bathroom Count: 3+
Location: Syracuse University Neighborhood
