Greetings everyone,

I have been investing in real estate for 5 yrs now doing short sales,
I have made some money and lost some money thru trial and error,
but we make mistakes and we learn from them and never give up on ourselves.
In the last 3 weeks of december I have been looking at the commercial real estate market and I am working with a company that can fund commercial and residential real estate and development projects,
but the program is unique meaning that you can receive 100% financing, also there is no debt service,no interest, and no money down, but they only fund projects that require 50 million or more.
