Hello everyone.

I currently live in Lincoln NE however my wife and I are planning on relocating to the Denver area in a couple of months. I currently work in the insurance industry in an underwriting capacity.

I am brand new to real estate investing and looking for more information on the topic which is what brought me to BP. I have been listening to the podcast for some time now and decided it was time to get my feet wet.

My wife and I are thinking about trying our hand at flipping a couple properties to generate a little capital but eventually want to get into a couple buy and hold properties to generate cash flow. I know this can be kind of tough to do in the Denver market so we may have to look at surrounding areas.

Happy to be apart of the community.
