Hi all you BP members.  I'm new to the real estate market, but not new to building a business and investing.  To date I built a rather successful TV business and now I'm looking to find investments outside of the stock market and in the rental property market.

I've been listening to the podcasts for several months and I find them to be incredibly helpful and informative.  My main debate is whether to invest in Los Angeles or out of state as LA does not seem to be able to offer high cash on cash returns, but I'm hesitant to invest in random markets.  I know this is a debate that many people go through so now it's just a matter of finding my own way.

I'm looking forward to continuing to learn about the industry and set up a retirement plan for my family.

Happy to be a part of the community.
