Better late than never, glad I finally took the leap and signed up

I have been involved passively in real estate business since I started my house search in 2004. Spent nearly 6 years looking for it and finally settled in 2010.  Helped friends and families buy houses but never did anything to earn money in RE. Before few years I attended Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar and that got me thinking about earning extra money in RE by doing something I am passionate about. At that time I stumbled upon Bigger Pocket,  read few forums and but never signed up or got actively involved. But finally this year I have determined its now or never and here I am.  I am onto my 10th podcast, goal is to complete all 90 of them. What got me motivated to sign up and be active even with busy full-time job is great vibe and selfless guidance that is available on the forum.  Its amazing that people are sharing failure and success and all the steps in between. Thanks Josh and Brandon bringing together such a platform.
I hope, in future I can be resourceful and helpful like the pros here.
