Hi my name is Vanessa. I am a new real estate investor from Philadelphia. My goal for real estate is to first start with wholesaling. I have been locating vacant/abandon and fsbo properties in the area. I haven't quite did anything far as marketing to the seller yet. I have been educating myself on real estate investing to make sure I am doing things the right way and that's how I found bigger pockets. I look forward to networking with other investors, learn as much as I can and grow :) Real estate has been something that I been wanting to do for a while now but didn't know how to start. I decided now is the time to get started.
