Newbie from Detroit

Hello all,

My name is Gwendolyn Davis and a newbie here. My goal is to relocate to the Phoenix Arizona area and looking to become an investor. So far I am excited to be apart of BP and learned a lot in one day.

I am looking to start with a 4 to 5 unit and live in one of the units myself in the following areas: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Goodyear, Avondale, Phoenix, Scotsdale, and San Tan Valley.
