I am a new investor looking to learn and interact with people with the same mind set. I purchased my first investment in The Colony, TX back in July. A 3/2 SFR purchased for $131k, currently rented for $1350/month. Didn't learn about the 2% rule till afterwards but hopefully I'm not off to a bad start... Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello!
