Hi everyone!

My name is Zach, and I'm from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I'm a real estate investing newbie, but very close to going after my first investment deal (a potential rehab). I've owned my own home for 12 years, of which I have a ton of equity and am considering selling, both to move onto something a little better and to free up the cash to use for investing.

Anyway, glad to have found this site and forums, and looking forward to participating here! :woohoo:
