I am not new to BP but new to actually using the site and the forum. I posted yesterday on some finance issues. I am in Richmond,Va and have been a flipper and own a decent amount of SFH as rentals at this point. I am currently partners in a company that does Hoarding and Estate clean outs all over the country. Feel free to ask any Hoarding issues my way.
