Hello all.  My name is William R. Cunningham (call me Reggie).  My wife and I are looking for a way to replace our incomes and become financially free.  Real estate investment seems to be the way to do it.  I am an IT professional in the Lansdale, PA area (suburb of Philadelphia).  We desire to move to Florida in the near future and hope that real estate investment will get us going.  Looking forward to this adventure with you all!
