New member from the SF Bay Area

Hello All,

I joined BP a couple of weeks ago and have been devouring all the great advice on the posts and podcasts. I truly appreciate the community vibe and the willingness of all the members to support and advise; and even provide a slap on the wrist when necessary ;) I hope I can get to a point one day when I too can contribute and help other newbies. 

In the near term I plan to start small with out of state buy and hold properties and add more  as I learn more and get better at it. 

I look forward to meeting and learning from all of you!
