Hello Folks,

Brand new and loving this website! I've listened to a few of the podcasts thus far and have learned a wealth of information;) I'm looking to learn as much as i can over the next few months (or more) and make a purchase for a flip. Not sure about what business model i would like to tackle but am thinking it would be best to start out super small (valued @ 20 or 30 thousand) with a low cost property. Any comments and/or advice is most welcome. Namaste :)
