Hi, I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm new to Reno, NV (just bought a house here) I'm looking for advice on the best way to get started with wholesaling and flips (I'm licensed realtor and am also licensed to sell manufactured housing here in Nevada. I realize it's a vague request, yet I'd appreciate ANY and all you've got! Thanks in advance! .
