I'm new to Reno, NV (just bought a house here) I'm looking for advice on the best way to get started with wholesaling and flips (I'm licensed realtor and am also licensed to sell manufactured housing here in Nevada. Jon Klaus yes. The tesla plant is huge news I hear everyone talking about it. I also heard something (rumor maybe) about an Apple manufacturing or distribution center will be making it's way here. Thanks for the welcome!
