Hello Bigger Pockets!  My name is Dave McBride and I am a advertising and marketing agent who is studying to become a loan officer/mortgage broker.  I am currently working for a hard money real estate brokerage firm called TSJ Company out of Massachusetts.

My reason for joining this forum is so that I can be put in touch with like minded people so that I can bounce ideas, questions and hopefully assist others as well.  I will also be posting in sub forums to market our services to those in my surrounding area.

I hope I can contribute as much as I learn and I look forward to talking with people with similar interests.

Cheers from the Bay State!
