Hello BP community, 

Been looking around and reading some of the wealth of knowledge on the site and thought I should post my Introduction and get it out of the way. I'm a new member to BP but have always thought of real estate as a way out of the RATRACE. I currently have a multi unit property or (retirement account that pays me now) and am looking into prehabs/rehabs as my next business. Some to flip, and some to hold for long term. And I've seen that there is so much Information on here it's ridiculous. Its hard to find like minded individuals, and I feel grateful to have found this site.
