Hello Everyone, My name is Fabian Rivas and I'm from Las Vegas, NV. I'm new to BP and I just can't get enough of it, IT IS AWESOME!! I'm also a newbie to real estate and now that I found BiggerPockets I feel like this will help me actually get started the right way, covering all my bases. I look forward to meeting and learning from like minded people. I would also love to meet investors in Las Vegas or people who invest here. I am particularly interested in learning more about flips/rehabs, multi family and also how to buy and hold property. I look forward to meeting new people. Thanks!
