Hi! My name is Jamie Sentell and I'm a newbie at real estate investing. I have been reading books on the subject, attending seminars, and doing internet research for the past year. I'm ready to get my hands dirty but know that I still have a lot to learn.

I want to get into both wholesaling and rehabbing. I love the idea of rehabbing homes to create a place that a family would enjoy living in for a long time.

I am hoping to learn from the pros on this site, network to build my team, and eventually contribute helpful tips and advice once I become a seasoned investor.
