Just wanted to say hello and that I am looking forward to getting to know you all. I am so glad I found this site since I have a lot to learn . I 've recently bought a couple of duplexes and I'm getting a crash course on landlording. I hope to learn more about pre-foreclosures and ?loss mitigation? since around here the foreclosure market is selling pretty close to MV. Thanks Josh and others for your time and effort in making this available :D
