Hi. My name is Sharon Hutchinson.  I am a new member to BP.  I reside in Rendon, Texas. It's midway between Mansfield and Burleson, very near Arlington and Ft Worth. I am a Medical Social Worker, currently contracting with a couple of home health agencies. I am married and have 2 children. My husband, David is a Civil Engineer. We invested in a duplex in 1995. We added  another duplex in 2001. In 2008 we decided to rehab and flip a home. When the market turned, we decided to rent the home out. All 3 properties are providing a good cash flow, lots of success and little hassles. We would like to try our hand at flipping again, as well as add another multi-family property to our portfolio. Because I have a lot of flexibility with my work, I may also be interested in wholesaling. Looking forward to networking and gleaning lots of helpful information from BP. I also hope that we can be helpful to others as we gain experience.
