Hello. REI has been my dream for many years but I have been too confused or afraid to make it happen. It's so easy to settle in to a corporate job and feel safe with the perceived security. Meanwhile your children are growing up without you around as much as you should be and the security you need is never really there. Then I came across this site and have seen how so many people are living out their dreams. It has insipred me to go for it. I have been in the Charlotte area for about 12 years and while I have read many books on REI, I feel like I don't have as much practical information as I may need. Any help or guidance in getting started would be much appreciated. I will be doing this part-time, but the dream is to make this a full-time occupation. Like many on here, I think I may start with wholesaling to learn as I go and then move into flipping when I feel I'm ready.

Thanks

Jim
