Hello BP community!

I heard about this website from a co-worker. I've been saving for a while now and I'm ready to start my real estate adventure by buying my first property although I'm not sure if I want to live in it or rent it out...so many options I don't know where to begin. I'm from San Diego but my wife and I will be moving to San Antonio in late September (of 2014) so I'm trying to gain some knowledge of that market. I feel like living in San Diego my whole 24 years of existence has given me a pretty good idea of that area but I feel like I'm starting from scratch in San Antonio. Hopefully this website will help my learning process!

Eager to make some dough,

Kyle
