Hi everyone, My name is Sogo Adeleke and I'm a relatively new real estate investor. I've been busy taking in a lot of information that i forgot to actually create my profile and introduce myself. I recently got my graduate degree and i got a job in my field which i love but my first love would always be investing - real estate investing to be precise :). 

While i've never owned a property, I intend to buy my first property next year. My investing plan is to acquire a Small Multi-Family unit using an FHA loan, move into one of the units and subsequently acquire more SMHs before trading up for a small apartment complex. I know this would take some time and a deep learning curve, thats why i'm here on BP, to learn and also contribute in my own little way while establishing long term networks and hopefully future business partners.
