My name is Sebastian, and I'm from Chicago, IL. I joined this site in hopes of learning how to make money in real estate. I really need to learn this stuff, to get in a better financial situation. I went to a free foreclosure (teaser) seminar a couple days ago, and I got hooked. The only problem is I don't have $200 to go to the 3 day seminar. I know there is a way to make money on properties without spending a penny, but I neet to find it. Hope to learn some things from you guys, and maybe have some great deals on the table in the near future.
