Hi my name is Mike Munroe and i am from Manchester, Ct. I am new to real estate investing and new to bp.com. First I want to thank bp for such a great website, when everyone can come togather and help eachother with whatever questions or concerns that one might have, thats a beautiful thing. Now for my goals, which i will give you the short term goals, i am wanting to start networking with other investers especially ones that specialize in wholesaling.My second goal is to really come up with a game plan for finding buyers/sellers and getting my first deal under my belt.  my goal is to have done atleast 2 deals within one years time, think this is possible?
