Fresh meat from Suuny Denver Colorado
HI all. Thanks for having a great forum to exchange ideas. I am from Denver ( just south actually in Littleton ), I have this month purchased my first two rental SFH's. The first one I found a T/B for and got $2,000 option fee and am collecting $975 per month, this is a 36 month term. The second I just closed on tuesday the 27th and am marketing for a straight rental.
I golf way more than I should and I sell Mining Equipment through out Colorado, Wyoming and Rapid City.
I am currently looking for a good REI Club to join in Denver area.
